Your question is a very good one, but one that your mainstream media avoids, or at most, provides with answers that are non-threatening to the governing system of Robin Hood in reverse! Rob the poor and the nations of the world and give to the rich...meanwhile keep the masses entertained by silly shows, and train them to go along with sound-byte answers in news programs that are themselves sponsored by this corporation and that...

Yes, Matto has a point. We are idiots.
There is another reason, though. This guy has never really been elected in the 1st place.
We know what happened in 2000 - a constitutional sham.
In 2004, exit polls (which are used in other countries to verify the validity of their elections) gave the election to Kerry, including 9 of the 10 swing states.
But the electronic voting machines, which cannot be checked, verified, or prevented from being hacked, were widely in use by 2004. Wherever electronic (touch-screen) machines are used, there are only Republicans elected to office.
If you think we have hunger, homelessness & poverty now my friend, just wait a few years as we really get into the effects of the 53 trillion dollars of unfunded liabilities our government has cheerfully incurred through ss/medicare/medicaid with no plan as to how to pay it. At some point, the credit card economy has to end & we will have to start spending less than we make just to service the interest on the debt(s).
The single most important factor in the president's approval ratings? The price of gasoline, which continues to be pretty low in the US compared to the rest of the world.
Sorry for being so gloomy, but it's not a pretty picture.

I'll explain this real simple to you. I don't know how old you are,
you will get the idea when I am finished explaining. First of all I was in the first gulf war. Thats it as far as that. If you have alot of common sense which you should, because you can use a computer. After you read this email. The following day when you are around any gas station. Watch the people pumping the gas. First hint as long as the gas is at a normal everyday american price. = No sudden unexpected harsh changes.
Everyone is nominal with the gas prices. Have you ever witnessed people at a gas station trying to fuel up before the gas
goes up drastically in price. They act like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. In other words they don't think with their brains before they do or say something over a gas pump. Some is just verbal some go to jail. Now it is going to get interesting.
You know and I know that Americans are spoiled when it has to do about how they will get from one place to the next. Most people in America would not even get caught dead on public transportation= The City Bus. They let that Big old Grand American Pride in their way. Americans would use their auto
to go too the toliet if they could fit their car in the house. Remember I am not stating you or your family is like this in no way what so ever. But my friend their is alot of greedy lazy no good for nothing Americans out there. Here is the punch line.
Picture some one like you know who we went back to Irac to take out of powe. Just say that never happened. and he was still in power and had control over 60% of the worlds oil. That would make fuel here in the US so high or even hard to find.
It would be Americas most sought after. I wouldn't give the US 36
days. Their would be so much violence corruption , price exploiting. The number of people that died in the world trade center. Woudn't even put a dint in the total fatalities caused by a ta total shortage of fuel. Their would not be a shortage of food,
housing. There would still be even more poverty. The borders would be un controlable without Question. The reason , there would be such a decrease in the American Population , some things wouldn't never even be noticed. George has his bad points , biut next to Reagan he has more Guts than any of the
latest Presidents since I have been alive on this Earth. I am 41 yr.
old. Even his own Father. George W. Bush does not put up with any crap from anyone/country. You better be glad after thinking
this matter over. If not George in Office, If you work at a full time job. You and myself amongst thousands of others. Would be deceased or riding a Skateboard to work. Because we would not probably even to afford a Mountain Bike. You just watch everyday Americans and you will see.

I'm sure you're referring to Iraq. If that's so, it has nothing to do with oil. The US hasn't taken any oil out of Iraq. However, we have broken some al qaeda connections there, the number 2 man. We also removed a terrorist leader who murdered his own people from power.
However, I agree, we do have other issues that need to be dealt with as well. But you need to put yourself in the position of president. You have no way of accomplishing all that you want. Especially when you have a Congress that battles you every step of the way.

I'm YELLING. Nobody listens. Simple words, do not have the same effect if you aren't right here in my living room listening to my YELLING!
Actually only the very rich, lobbyists, big corporations, big oil companies, are supportive of George. 33% is not a lot of support, however, it is about 31% too high. He is ignorant of the American condition. If anyone needs proof, look at the handling of Katrina. That's how much he really cares for any of us, rich, middle, or poor.

According to the latest public opinion polls, between 30 and 40 percent support him. So between 60 and 70 percent don't.
However, if the Diebold Voting machines can't overcome a 30 - 40 percent margin then what good are they?
Besides, he's sure to manufacture a terrorist attack on the U.S. or a U.S. airplane before the midterm elections.
It's not that Americans support him. It's that Americans can't believe their president would betray their trust so utterly.

Not all of us support him,,,,,but you will find that most people here have so much going on that the average citizan is closed minded, most hardly ever watch news,or keep up with current events,,they are so wrapped up in their own lives that if it's not something they can hear, see, touch or smell,,they could care less. Only a fraction of them vote...they just want to cry about things that does'nt go their way,but yet they don't take initiative to get involved more into what our Gov. is doing.....it takes something huge happening to get their attention, and after that gets less coverage they seem to go back to their everyday lives and let their Gov. deal with it.....i know people will disagree but i call it like I see it.....Been around and seen alot, most people can't even tell you who the Vice President is...sad. And they wonder why our country is screwed up,,,,,

Our great nation uses a lot of oil. I don't agree with this current administration on a lot of policy. I did not vote for him but he got elected and has 2 years left on his term in office.
