The 15th Amendment, too. The Civil War amendments are the 13th, 14th, and 15th. They are called the Civil War amendments because of the time period in which they were proposed and ratified.

The answer to this question is amazing complicated and interesting. For complete answer try reading the the book Americana's Constitution. My copy has disappeared so can't give author right now, but will try and find it. It was a whole series of events that started at writing, and got accelerated by Civil War and women suffrage movement.
