If they are telling you they will not do it, then it is probably illeagle there to pierce a minor without parental consent, so instead of tryin to help you get around the law I am going to help you convince your parents instead. I have helped many minors get there parents to consent to piercings so give this a shot...
Do your research on the piercing you want, get all the facts, do a google or yahoo search for "the dangers of piercing guns" and read up on it, tell your parents what you have found, explain to them that you want it done the safe way and you would like to go to a professional body piercer and have it done with sterilized one time use needles and implant grade jewelry so that you decrease your risk of getting an infection. Also read up on aftercare and explain it to them so they know you understand what is involved in healing the piercing and that you are ready to make the necesary comitment to cleaning your new piercings. Aproach them only after you have done your research, present them with all the facts at one time, they will see how much time and thought you have put into it, and if they are even a little bit reasonable they will at least discuss the possability. If they tell you they need to think about it say that's fine let me know what you decide, do not start a fight over it as that will not help your case.
Basic aftercare and healing time for ear lobes is as follows:
Wash twice daily with a liquid unscented antibacterial soap such as dial, and water.
never touch healing piercings with out washing your hands first.
Non-iodized sea salt soaks
mix 1/4 tspn non-iodized sea salt to 8 oz warm water and soak for 5-10 minutes once a day.
Aprox. Healing time: 6-8 weeks
Check out www.tribalectic.com for the long version of aftercare under lobe piercing.
Do the research, present your case, offer to pay for it yourself if possable. Show them you really care and are willing to take the time to research what you want.

why is that you parents will not give you consent???
Just wondering, maybe they have a valid reason behind not letting you have them done..................my first guess would be that you have tried to find places that will break the law, which for me as a mum of a 16 yr old shows that you are not trying to be very grown up about it..............although to be fair to you I could not see any reason to NOT let her have hers pierced.she has 2 in each lobe and two at the top [which she has let heal over and her tragus done...............
For my self as a parent I will NOT sign for any facial piercings tongue, lip etc etc as all of these leave nasty scars IMO.
Is there NO way you can plead with them to allow for you to have it done???
Good luck and PLEASE PLEASE dont do the at home needle thing, if they [ your parents] are so against it being done they will only make you remove them anyways.

you have to be 18 unless you have a parents or guardians consent other wise it's illegal and no reputable establishment will do it. at least that's how it works where I live.

You don't want to do someplace that will overlook a parental consent law. . .who knows what else they will overlook, like sterilizing equipment?
Getting your ears pierced is not worth compromising your health.
