The weather is great all year round, and there is little chance of a hurricane hitting Barbados in October, has never happened actually.
During the day there are great tours to do, Harrison's Cave, Flower Forest, Island Safari, Submarine, just to list a few. OMG!!! How remiss of me not to mention the beach!! Barbados has some of the best beaches in the Caribbean.
During the night there are great dinner shows, St. Lawrence Gap, fine dining on the West Coast and tons of night clubs.
Trust me, you will have a blast!!!

Really, what fun! There is much to do, look at the travel section o f the Internet. I suspect that the weather will be great and I have heard that it is not in the path of hurricanes which is your plus. Have fun and do something different!

It's Hurricane Season. However when you are in the southern Caribbean you don't have quite as big of a tendency to have the hurricanes go down there. More on the tropical storms. It has to do with the water temps. They tend to dissipate hurricanes down to the Tropical storms.

What to do......hiking, horseback riding, snorkeling, diving, 4X4 tours, booze cruises, pretty good nightlife....etc.

Enjoy yourself!

Take me with you and I'll show you. The weather is always fine. Might want to look out for hurricanes though.
