Line one
y=2x-3
Line two
m = Îy/Îx = (3-2)/(-2-1) = -1/3
y-2 = -1/3(x-1)
y = -1/3x+7/3
-1/3x+7/3=2x-3
-x+7=6x-9
7x=16
x= 16/7
y = 2 * 16/7 - 3 = 11/7
So (x,y)=(16/7,11/7)

you mean where do they intersect?
equation of the first line=y=2x-3=>y-2x=-3
equation of the second line=(y-2)/1=(x-1)/-3)
cross multiplying -3y+6=x-1
for finding the point of intersectionsolve boththe equations
-3y-x=-7
3y-6x=-9
adding -7x=-16 x=-16/-7=16/7
substituting -3y+16/7=-7
-3y=-65/7
y=65/21
they intersect at {16/6,65/21}
