So far our physical existence is concerned, I think, It is not possible to escape from the Law of nature. However, it is possible to have control over nature with the help of our conscience and we can transcend from body to real self through practices under guidance of Spiritual Guru. If you study 'Bhagwat Geeta" - you will find that a man of the world (' Partha ') may surrender his physical ego to all pervading Lord ( Krishna ), yet he may do all his worldly duty as a practical man. In this state of our consciousness, our body becomes a chariot, Individual man is 'Partha" and Real self or true state of our existence (EGO) cannot be distinguished from God.

From what I've experienced, there is no escape. Hopefully, in the future, things will be different.
