What is the best way to get revenge on my boss? I invited him to a family BBQ, where after only 2 drinks, began to make sexual advances on my wife in front of my father, and swore so much that my son's favorite word is no longer "dada", but "****". He later told my father that he bets my mom was a "real piece of ***" back in the day, and that he wouldn't mind a turn on the "momma merry-go-round." This was my boiling point. I kicked him out of my house (semi-violently), and since then things haven't been the same. I fear that I will lose my job of 13 years because this a** has aproblem with me. His father is the owner of the company (one of the largest car dealers in the U.S.), so my situation is tricky. I can't just report him...HOW CAN I HUMILIATE HIM OUT OF HIS JOB?

1) if his house has any bricks on it, throw raw biscuit dough pieces at it. almost impossible to come off. 2) put an embarrassing bumper sticker on back of his car. it'll take a while for him to see it. 3) send an anonymous email to his dad, and/or higher up in the company and report some kind of horrific deed he has done. something the company really frowns upon. 4) put an ad in the classifieds stating that he's looking for someone to teach him how to become a transvestite, or anything-be creative on these last two. make sure and include his phone number and name. good luck!

First of all, document absolutely everything he did - date/where/when, who was in attendance, etc. You may need this if he cans you so you can bring in forth in an unfair labor/discharge lawsuit.
You can go to the man's father, but it probably won't get you very far. You do NOT want to go on a revenge binge - that alone, can get you fired and you won't have a leg to stand on in court because then he will be justified.
The previous poster who said something about writing him a letter with a cc to his boss and to the regional manager is on the right track. If he does fire you, the dealership will be liable for the damages as the employer. The regional manager - if they are the owners/holders of the franchise, maybe could be held accountable/liable as well.
Get a consultation with a labor law attorney - see what you can do that WON'T get you into a world of trouble - or fired.
That guy sounds like a world class jack a^^ and I would be willing to bet he has done that sort of thing before.

Sue his *** if! I'm sure there were plenty of witnesses at the BBQ. At least start by getting as many statements from witnesses as possible about his behaviour. You will always have that to fall back on.

Just treat the guy like u would like to be treated and pray for him. Let God deal with him and ask God to give u the strength to forgive this guy. We are not really required to like everyone and the things they do. With Gods help we can learn to separate the sin from the sinner and love their souls. We ALL make mistakes and have sinned and Jesus said that we must give forgiveness to receive it.If u cannot bear to work there any longer ask God to direct u into the job he would have u do. Get to know God, give him a try, u will like him.If u already know him ask him to help u to get through this.I am speaking from been there done it with Gods help

here's what you do. most of the time fathers don't like it when a child acts a fool. chances are that he values his image and wouldn't like his son reflecting on his name like that. It kinda goes like if your father found out that you were going around tarnishing his name. He knows that he raised his son better than that and I bet would be happy to give you an upper hand on the situation. just approach it from a point of not knowing where else to turn because it was your boss acting like that and that you were afraid that you would lose your job. he will get the picture of what you are saying and know that legal problems are just around the corner. he will take care of it and you will be happy.

I understand your anger. Man id be pissed to. What you need to do do is brush that dirt off your shoulder. Go and workout lift more then you have ever lifted before. (this is what I do and it works everytime) This will get all your anger out. You need to have a casual conversation with your boss tell him you dont appreciate him talking about your family. If you get revenge on him it will fuel his rage and only get madder. And could result in costing you your job.
Please dont talk to the bosses dad this would be the WORST POSSIBLE THING YOU COULD DO. Not only on your behalf but for everyone elses

You can sue him for harassment. You have witness! Do it! Talk to a lawyer espetialy if you feel your job may be on the line because of it.
What are you whating for go! GO NOW! Get the that man more then fired! Shame him for life!!! Even if you lsot it would still follow him around for the rest of his life. So go go go already! Stop reading this and GO!

well.. i dont think revenge is the answer. that will probably just stir up more trouble. Proverbs 10:12 "hatred stirs up dissension but LOVE covers over all wongs. i think you should love him and be kind to him. im telling you kindness will pierce his heart. i know what he did wasnt right and you're probably really angry but try to forgive him and love him and be kind to him and you will come out on top.well i will pray for you in this situation and pray that all goes well. good luck and i wish you the best! God Bless

Write a letter to the top dogs explaining your displeasure with the incident. Also, for future reference, don't EVER invite your boss over for a BBQ.
