This guy was giving me oral and he was REALLY BAD at it and I told him to stop (actually it was more like "can we just *do it*")...is there any way that I can tell him to stop in a nice way without hurting his feelings. I know you're sopposed to like tell him what you like but I didn't really think I should have to give him a tour of my vagina because he was so clueless.

He isn't my boyfriend or anything, it was just a one time thing, that's why I didn't bother...I just wanted to know how to tell him nicely..or if it happens again should I just let him keep going and fake it?

Don't specifically ask him to stop. Distract him by getting him to do something else. You could tell him it was his turn to get some oral, you could ask him to love up some other part of your body, you could ask him to take out the rubbish! I'm sure he would be happy to oblige with either of the first two suggestions.
You don't _have_ to do anything let alone give him a tour of your vagina.
However, he won't learn unless he is educated.
This last fact will matter if this guy is going to be a recurring theme. You probably want him to learn.
If he is not going to have a repeat performance, just get the hell out alive and sane! :)
Oh yeah - NEVER FAKE IT
It teaches us guys the wrong things
(1) we are studs (many of us ARE, but this is not the situation you are describing)

This is happening to you because the woman he was with before you didn't want to "give him a tour" of her vagina. Yeah, it probably wasn't what you were hoping for, but if your a good tour guide, then he'll be making you (or someone) a very happy woman. Don't worry. Karma will reward you with a man that already had a great tour guide...

Uhm, if you don't give him a tour of your vagina, whats the point? Every woman is different. You have to tell him what you like especially when he's clueless. If you don't want to bother, then you're the one who's no good in bed.

If you don't want to hurt his feelings, then you have to teach him how to do it and if he is still clueless just slide up on the bed pulling your vagina away. Then telling say look this isn't work so please just stop. If he is a real gentleman he will stop when you tell him to.

The tour has to start with you. If he wants to know what you like - by all means tell the man. If he doesn't want to know what you like, do you want him in your bed?
It is hard to tell but better start now - the issue won't go away, and the telling gets easier over time...
We are not born knowing how to please each other, to assume he should know - well, for starters it is just (sigh) not true.
