The signs are critical.. the procedure:
(2x3-3x-2)/(-3x2+x+10)
= -(2x-1)(x-2)/(x-2)(3x+5) = -(2x-1)/(3x+5)
the minus sign should be "affecting" the whole fraction... not just the 2x...

You need to clarify whether it is the whole of the left divided by the whole of the right, also whether the 'x' between 2 numbers is an unknown or a multiplication sign. If it is a multiplication, I would give this answer: 2x2 - 3x - 2 / 10 + x - 3x2 = 4 - 3x - 2 / 10 + x - 6 = 2 - 3x / 4 + x

factor numerator and denominator
[(x-2)(2x+1)] / [(x-2)(-3x-5)]

=(2x+1)/(-3x-5)

or
(-2x-1)/(3x+5)

OR

- (2X+1)/(3X+5)
