if you are only feeling sick after you eat, try eating a grapefruit before or after, it should help with your digestion, if nothing suggested on this site helps... SEE YOUR DOCTOR

I'm 37w2d, and we were just discussing this on an expecting moms board. Many of us are experiencing nausea (myself included), some even random vomiting. There could be a couple of reasons for it.

1) The baby is pushing on your stomach, causing its contents to be pushed back into your bodies food intake system.

2) Cleansing of the body, often associated with the start of labor. Diarrhea is also a big problem for a lot of women in the 9th month.

I had both diarrhea and nausea with the onset of early labor - which I've been going through since 36wks and no sign of baby :(

Good luck!

Your stomach is upset because your baby is now pushing up on it. Try eating many small meals per day. Instead of large meals. This will also help with heartburn. Also try nibbling on un salted saltine crackers.

ill I know is everything is miserable that late in pregnancy, I think that nausea is just a pregnant given, more heartburn and weird uncomfortable stuff happen that soon to delivery just hang in there and watch what you eat. Good luck to you and your baby
