my friend told me that carrots are much better for women uterus and they fertilize it.

I think your friend was either pulling your leg or believes in a rabbit related myth. Carrots, and all vegatables, have vitamins and minerals that are good for you, but nothing "fertilizes" anything about your uterus. The only fertilization going on is the egg and it's counterpart.

carrots will not fertilize your eggs. they may have vitamins that are good for your uterus, but all i remember from childhood is that they were good for your eyes. I know they contain beta carotene which could be good for more than your eyes. you should research it.
