also when u r cmoing to a turn or a red light that turns green n u are slowing down, i heard that u just stay in the same gear when using the 321 downshift gears in an automatic tranmission car, u then accelerate slowly to get going again, is this true

Leave it in drive and let the transmission do the shifting.

The only exceptions to this are a very long and steep downhill drive or driving in ice and snow.

you do not need to shift at all while moving in an automatic car.

Put it in "D" and leave it there. Unless of course you have to go backwards.
