When you drive a car and step on the gas you are giving it acceleration. Then when you get up to a constant speed of 65mph over the slope of the next hill is a cop who doesn't know diddly squat about linear and non linear planes and still writes you the speeding ticket. You feel lousy and feel like responding to the cop but you feel many variables shouldn't have been manipulated so you shut our mouth and just take the darn ticket that he just wrote you.

If, instead of maintaining a constant linear speed, a vehicle's driver, responding to variables in the race track's slope, chooses acceleration as an option so as to have manipulated variables, he will have also increased the nonlinear speed of his wheels.
(I agree that you should do your own work first, but since you'd never get away with a sentence like that...)

the acceleration of the vessel on the linear corse increased at a constant speed, while the acceleration of the vessel on the non linear corse tended to slope downward. this is a result of the responding and manipulated variables.

The car accerated as it approached the traffic lights. The vechicle drove with constant speed as the police officer approached. The line of best fit is linear.
An exponential graph is non linear.
By finding the slope of a straight line will give its' gradient.

The accelaration of the vehicle increases its speed. It's good to maintain a constant speed in crowded areas.

How fair is it for you to copy sentences composed by others? You will not learn unless you exercise your own mental facutlties.
Try looking up the definitions of each word and you'll see how simple it really is. But, copying from us...? NOT nice.

Hey, we shouldn't do your homework for you.
Now if you gave us a sentence and asked if it is good enough, or could it be improved, that's a different story.
