Well, I'm much more partial to Sandra Oh. And Ellen Pompeo actually does it for me a hell of a lot more than Patrick Dempsey, who I find rather ordinary; neither a 'hunk' as you might say, or ugly. He's sort of nebbishy and neutral if you ask me. Of course, I see that women might feel differently.
Hey, that avatar that answerer AJ has is about the ugliest thing I've ever seen. I can't imagine why anyone uses it; can't see why anyone who drew it got finished with it and said to him/herself, "hey now, this is something!". Do these people actually think so little of their own faces as to represent themselves with this epitome of butt ugliness? Of course, not many of the avatars are beacons of artistry or human beauty. Most are actually kind of irritating. Just a thought.

I thought he was ugly until I really paid attention to his part on Grey's and because of his character.....now I think Hunk.
