one side of it is pointing higher than the other shoulder's side. i just bought it like that and ive washed it but every time, it gets worse. Is it the ironing? how can i fix it? are there places where i can take it, or some ways where i can fix it myself (like sewing up)? THANK YOU

Aero has a return it whenever policy. As long as you still have the receipt, they should let you return it, for either an exchange or a a refund. I can't remember if you need the tags though. But as long as you have the receipt, they have a return it when you like policy.

I manufacture knit polo shirts. The problem you have is a fabric related problem. You should take it back to where you bought it and get it exchanged for a new one. Doesnt matter that you washed it. You can tell the store rep. that the problem occured after the first wash....The problem was not there at the time of purchase.! Dont accept the problem as it is a 'substandard' polo you've bought. why should u accept a quality problem in the product.

Your shirt sounds like it is defective. I'd try taking it back to Aeropostale first. Clothes should not be uneven and shrinking, if that doesn't work, try a tailor. Who can professionally fix it, but it might not be cheap, depending on how bad it is.
