CIA job. Ask Papa Bush, given his connection to that organization.
As for its affect, you've had some good luck and some bad luck. First the good: Clinton. No JFK, no Clinton. The bad: The Bushes.

There was a triangulation of shots fired that day from several different places with the fatal one being fired with a cia ice bullet from the limo driver William Greer that killed Kennedy. Google search for the Zapruder film and watch the driver closley and tell me what you think. Kennedy was to lessen the power of the CIA and pull out of Vietnam before it got worse which was unpopular. I'm not one for conspiracy theories but there was a definite cover up which allowed LBJ to become President. All this stuff today about the government carrying out 9/11 is hogwash but in the assassination of JFK there were some dirty hands involved in the hit. I also believe the mob was involved as brother Bobby was all in their business and this was a definite way to end it. Read Crossfire by Jim Marrs and look it up on google or go to way cool Larry's website. I don't believe everything but they make some very interesting conclusions.

How pathetic is it to answer with Rosie O'Donnell.
I don't think she was even born in 1963, ok, maybe
she was 4 or 5.
Lee Harvey Oswald killed the president. How did it affect or
nation - I'll tell you, in same exact way that 9/11 did,
only it was in black & white. That's all that was on the
3 TV stations for weeks.
It was very heartbreaking.

I believe it was possibly someone connected to the CIA or at least the government. It certainly wasn't Lee Harvey Oswald. Physics prevents him from having fired the killing shot to the head as the rear wound on Kennedy was larger than the front wound, indicative of an exit and not an entry wound. Additionally the way his head jerks upon being hit indicated a hit from the front and not the rear.
Kennedy's death took us into Vietnam. The arms industry was itching for more war so they could continue to make money. Rapid anti-communists situated throughout the government wanted to go in to fight the Red Menace. Kennedy did not want to go into Vietnam and his memoes clearly reflected this. This would not be the first time the senatorial-military-industrial arms complex raised its head. Most likely, Oswald was a fall guy and someone else fired the head shot.

Lee Harvey Oswald was paid by the CIA to do it because of Kennedy's involvement in the Vietnam Conflict...
May 1963 — Buddhists riot in South Vietnam after a conflict over the display of religious flags during the celebration of Buddha's birthday. Some Buddhists urge Kennedy to end U.S. support for Ngo Dinh Diem, who is Catholic. Photographs of protesting Buddhist monks burning themselves alive appear in U.S. newspapers.
May 1963 — Republican Barry Goldwater declares that the U.S. should fight to win or withdraw from Vietnam. Later on, during his presidential campaign against Lyndon Johnson, his Democratic opponents accuse him of wanting to use atomic bombs in the conflict.
November 1, 1963 — Military officers launch a coup d'état against Diem, with the tacit approval of the Kennedy administration. Diem leaves the presidential residence.
November 2, 1963 — Diem is discovered and assassinated by rebel leaders.
November 22, 1963 — Kennedy is assassinated.

You'll have to wait until President Gerald Ford dies to find out. He is the last surviving member of the Warren Commission that investigated Kennedy's death. Once he can no longer be arrested for the cover-up, the Commission report will be published and maybe we'll all know.

The actual killer was Lee Harvey Oswald but there might
have been someone who hired him> the question one must
ask is who had the most to gain with him out of the picture?
Could it have been the one who moved up to president....
Democrat Lyndon B. Johnson?

I think that Johnson had the mafia do it so he could gain power. The mafia then in turn had Oswald do the hit, along with additional support on the grassy knoll.

George Bush killed JFK. He was just a little boy but it's true, he did. Hell he gets blamed for everything else, he may as well get blamed for this too.
