certainly not ireland, over the past five or so years there has been massive immigration from west africa here and dublin now has as many african shops, restaurants and social venues as you can expect any european capital to have. i'd also not say a scandinavian country, sweden for instance with its long liberal traditions has always had a lot of influx from africa. my guess is on iceland, russia or an asian country..
