Well, theres nothing wrong with u liking him because thats part of growing up ya gonna see and meet guys u like some are gonna be ur age others will be older( thats gonna happen b ever)
Now what u may want to be more concern with is ur parents because they may not be too crazy about u liking a guy who's three yrs older.
I know u can't help it because( I bet he's cute right) =-) and I'm sure ur thinking all kinds of things about him like maybe he can be ur boyfriend or that may be some day u and he will marry( right) =-)
It's normal for young ladies to feel this way because again it's apart of growing up.
But sweetie, U have to rememeber that ur only 13 and u he's 16 he may see u as a little girl or a little sister. So the like he feels is not the like u want him to feel.
Just be careful and not get in trouble with ur parents about this guy, u will meet other guys as ur get older. If they find out that a 16yr old guy likes u they may hit the roof.
So be careful

i have a friend on yahoo that is in the same boat. almost. but she will be 14 on the 26th and that 16 year old guy is her boyfriend. it really depends if he TRULEY likes you are he just want's you for some other resons. if you like him and he likes you then go on a date and see how it goes. ask him out. but beaware that he is a few years older thatn you. and it can be a good thing if he is a nice caring guy. but. just watch out.
