used tool bar twice now it appears on top portion of screen twice need to remove on of them.

Right click in empty space in toolbars
Scroll down to customize
click on reset.

If you use the option to reset, you will lose all other customizations. Try unchecking the additional toolbar if it is listed in the right click context menu.

Also, you can click and drag the dotted line borders to position each group of icons within. You can move them to other rows and drag to positions on the same row by readjusting size, moving, and then readjusting size again until you get it like you want it. It may seem difficult and odd to adjust at first but it will save redoing all of your other customizations.

To keep the toolbars from moving around, Right click on the icon bar and select "Lock the Toolbars".

you may need to go to start>>add/control panel/add and remove programs, then remove tool bar if it is doubled up.

check out view > toolbars turn one off... be done.
