Why is it rude to ask a question on Yahoo Answer in cap lock?

All caps on the Internet is like yelling at someone in the real world.

Because it hurts the eyes and it's very annoying. My friends and I recently had a "Caps lock Intervention", our fantasy football league commissioner always had his caps lock on. We all told him how annoying it was and he finally stopped. But this year we have a new guy and he seems to be also stuck on caps lock. You just can't win.
If I see any kind of caps lock web post I just skip it and go on to the next post.

The education average level here is no higher than 3rd grade. By that time ppl are using both upper and lower case letters and can not help but let you know that their teacher said it isn't right to do that. It confuses them.

You use cap lock when you are YELLING at somebody. It is not nice.

It means you are yelling. You can emphasize a word or two, but not the whole thing
