Try to see it from her point. U went to a party where her ex( who she may still have feelings for) she's really mad because she missed out on seeing him and now she may have all kinds of things going thru her head as to what happen at the party. She may be upset that u becasue if he was there and she wasn't u should not left the party ( as a friend to her) because if she doesn't like him anymore then u shouldn;t( thats unfair but I guess in friendship terms it counts)
She may also think maybe u and he talked about her, maybe she think that u and he have a thing going on. Either way she's wrong because she had a chance to go to the party she didn't and now she missed out on seeing him or having a good time.
She'll get over it and when she does talk to her as to why she was mad at u and remind her that if u want to go to a party without her u can because she's not u mom and if she keeps acting silly she will not be ur friend anymore

I know it sucks but I've been in a similar situation. It will probably blow over on it's own as long as nothing happened between you and the ex. That being said even if something did happen the ex is just that the ex the situation will still blow over just will take longer and will probably land you on the Jerry Springer show.

Tell her to grow up. You live in the same town and you're likely to attend events where they'll both be. If she can't see that then she's not as good of a friend as she would like you think she is.

If you value her friendship just explain to her that what you do and where you go has nothing to do with her.
What happened between her and her ex boyfriend is not your problem.
Let her know that you care about her and are a friend that she can trust.
Take care!

she must know you want to screw her ex so just go ahead and do it, then tell her he said you were a lot better in bed than she was.
