You can make money with Affiliate Marketing, promoting products for other people. Commission Junction is the premier site for real products like Insurance, Clothes, Perfume, and about anything you can think of. ClickBank is the premier site for information products.
Depending on how hard and smart you work, you can make anywhere from nothing to over $50,000 per month. (Wish I was in that range).
To compete you'll need really good information. If you want to use Google Adwords make sure you've studied before you start, so you don't waste a bunch of money. Perry Marshall is the best teacher on Google Adwords that I've found.
If you don't really know about Affiliate Marketing, Rosalind Gardner is the best teacher out there.

I have been working at home since August on 3 home businesses. All 3 are doing quite well. I am happy with the outcome so far. All 3 have FREE tours you can preview to make your own decision. If you want to have an online business you have to put in the effort and time to be a success. NO business in this world got started with out investors, loans etc. Remember, if you want to succeed believe in yourself, don't let others decide for you and above all else, invest in yourself. It would depend on your skills. How about web design or setting up websites for people. Designing skins for web sites. There are a tons of ways to make money, if you know your way around the computer. Unfortunately, I don't......at least not well enough to profit from it. Lol! Good luck!
