I think the most creative and sick way would be to have a party and invite all your friends. Tell them it is a murder mystery party. Poison the drinks. After everyone has had a drink, tell them they, yourself included, have just been murdered and the mystery is who will be the last to die.
That way you not only kill yourself but you get to take your friends with you. Neat huh?

Jump from a really tall building with a bomb strapped to your waist attached to an altimeter. When you reach the correct height (so that yo don't hurt people on the ground) the bomb explodes raining chunks of you on the people below.
