Which ati video card is better?

Im trying to choose between two different video cards. The first one is the ATI RADEON X850 XT PCI-E 256MB VIVO 256 BIT. The second is the VisionTek Xtasy Radeon X1300 - graphics adapter - Radeon X1300 - 512 MB. Does anyone know which is better? Thanks all.

The X850 is the most reliable of those you mentioned. I have an X800 and I can still play the latest games in the best quality.
