Put more effort into it. Moan and say he is the best and make it be like his satisfaction is completely turning you on. As soon as you start doing this, then he will be completely ready to go and then you WILL be turned on too. First you need to relax. Me and my hubby have that problem too sometimes, we both work and go to school until 10pm and rarely get home before 10:30. Then we have to be up at 7. Needless to say we're tired during the week.
What days does he have off? Try and suprise him with something sexy on a day where you two have some time together.
Another thing that never fails with us is to wake up the other person with either a massage or oral sex. It's far from cheezy, and can really get us in the mood!

Find a day to take, off make sure he's off the same day and have no plans. Go rent a nice motel, place nice smelling candles around in the room (not lit), a bottle of cold chilled wine, wine glasses, a cheese and fruit tray and soft music in the room. how old is he ? im 34 and work from 630 p.m. to 630 a.m. and am always full of energy for my wife on my days off.
you'll need to wait until his day off, because on the days i work, forget about it, unless of course my wife follows me into the bedroom when she knows im going off to take a shower. sometimes, she'll just join me in the shower and i always feel energized when she does this before i come to work. i'll have a permanent smile all night long.
i also agree with the idea that fjone had, it's always nice to be awaken to my wife ummm, you know already working me up down below.

Start your day with a suggestion....Then elaborate on it with a "reminder" of sorts... Not certain what you do in the home but you can make a "date" regardless of the hours you both keep! Once made, KEEP IT! Surprise him a couple hours before work with a hot bath and candlelight and personal time away from everything...see if he calls in sick?!

When he comes home have a meal ready, help him undress, bathe him but don't make it too sexual. Let him know that it is an option but don't make him feel pressured. He will be turned on by the fact that you are catering to his needs and he will be all over you.
