For myself, jewelry, I don't need a reason. For anyone else, whatever they are into. Most people I know prefer practical gifts or things for the house. My husband would want me to buy him car parts for his hot-rod. My brother always wants cash. My sister is 12 and will let me buy her anything. My mom, doesn't like jewelry and likes home stuff or books. My dad likes tools or trains. Grandparents all like stuff to eat. These are for Christmas or birthday gifts.

I love to buy running shoes - lots and lots of running shoes. I can't wait to try them out. I always run the same speed though. None of the shoes have ever made me faster.
