Robin Hood is practical based on moral and ethical viewpoints and just that. No more. Even corrupt politicians can still pose a great argument on why it's practical and realistic to be corrupt in this chaotic world where life is unfair and sucks. Then will we say that corrupt politicians has the better grip?
On the other hand, Jesus Christ see more than reality. He penetrates it and see beyond reality into a higher spiritual realm that is subtle and profound. It's only by mastering the current reality that we experience everyday, that we can see beyond it and penetrate the truth that surrounds us. Jesus Christ done exactly that.

Jesus all the way. There are many different views on robin hood being good or bad, but one view on robin hood is that he stole from people who worked for thier money and gave to the people who didn't know how to create wealth. Jesus on the other hand has been around forever and has stood the test of time with the Bible. So many different authors telling the same things through different periods of time recalling that Jesus is Truth. Jesus showed people that if you follow in His footsteps you will be saved. If not you will be judged in the end. I'm happy I'm saved and am already forgiven and I hope the same for everyone.

History has proven that Jesus existed. If I fail to recognize Robin Hood I may not be able to enter Sherwood Forest. If I fail to recognize Jesus I will fail to enter Heaven. Jesus had total grip on reality. That is why there are so many books and stories about him, let alone most of the religions.

Lets see. Robin Hood stole from the rich and gave to the poor. Jesus Christ told everybody he was the son of god and if you believed in him you're going to heaven. Hmmmm, they both had good arguments but in the end Robin Hood had a better grip on reality.

I don't know much about Robin Hood, but Jesus taught us a lot about ourselves and that the best way to live our lives is to love all things and be loved.
What despises me is that some people use Jesus' name in vain, making any kind of Christianity look bad.

Wrong question. Jesus Christ explained a new model, kingdom and behavior beyond human reality, that’s why he was considered a revolutionary and condemned to perish in a cross.
Robin Hood wins by griping on reality, but Jesus Christ will last forever, no matter which reality imposes.
