Leather repair?

I'm trying to clean up this car, but the leather is scratched up and seriously dry. What product should I use to smooth it up a bit? Will using such a product make it look as good as new or am I stuck?

You need a good leather conditioner to get the dryness out.
Go to a leather coat shop and get some.
After a few treatments use some armour all for leather on it to help keep it nice.

go get meguirs 3 step leather care system(cleaner/conditioner/protectant). itll make it like new.
