I feel that the word should completely stopped being used. Black, White, whatever. I am not black so I am not sure how all black people feel about it. To me its totally disrespectful because of when and where it originated. It makes me very sad that some black people use it and say that it is an endearing term. I wish some black people would give their opinion. I am curious to know being a white person. I watched the Black White series on FAX and I want to stop racism. Also I wish that the world would get a little sensitivity and accept everyone for who they are not the color of their skin or sexual preference. We are all from God, part of God and will return to God after this world.

I really do think you know the answer and your trying to be funny or something but I will give my answer it anyway. It's not okay for anyone to use any racial slur no matter what color you are. People are going to do and say what they want but that does not make it right and that does not mean you should join in and I don't think you would like black people calling you out of your name just for the simple fact that it is totally disrespectful

for the same reason its ok for a friend to make fun of you. You know the intention. If a white guy calls a black guy *****, the intent is unknown. You could just be a wigger or a neo nazi, who knows.

I don't use the "N" word, so stop generalizing. No one ever said that you couldn't call black person the "N" word, just do it at your own risk, lol.

Because when they call each other that, they know there is no racial slur intended. It's kinda like me and my best friend, we call each other b*t*h all the time. But I don't want to hear anyone else call her that.

Power. It is a bad name to call someone, but if you are able to take away some of the words "power" by turning it into familiar slang then you are no longer going to be a victim of what it really means.

You are very welcome to call a black person anything you want. However, I am sure you and your friends would greatly outnumber a black person before you attempt to use a derogatory word against him/her. Otherwise get ready for a good butt whipping.
