Defining "Intelligent life" would be a start. In most cases humans were noted as the most intelligent "herd" animal on earth. The problem the most intelligent animal wasn't noted as human. I guess that animals that could live in family groups with a live and let live attitude would be preferable to a life where life and death could be marked in the raising of a tool of destruction (A Gun, Knife, or bomb) to kill your fellow brothers and sisters in the cause of "GOD" is probably very stupid in the best of times no matter what GOD you pray to! But humans are that stupid... When humans can live in peace for real and not this "Play acting" diplomacy we are calling peace now, then maybe humans will become the most intelligent animals on earth... (Just an opinion)

I guess NASA is in a state of self-discovery. I assure you some humans have some intelligence in spite of all appearances to the contrary.

This is true, of course.

As lifeforms with possibly the highest IQ on Earth, we still can't solve current issues and quarrel for almost nothing.

I highly doubt that humans are intelligent.
We still need millions of years before we can be smart enough not to cause battles and wars.

The fact that you're asking this question says that no, there is no more intelligent life on Earth.

Essentially: there never was.

We have no way of quantifying what is or isn't intelligence.
