This thing didn't even come with directions, I read every book it came with, all it did was talk about the products. Is this the correct way to use the 3 step...
Wash Face. (I use dove soap)
1. Apply renewing cleanser then wash off.
2. Apply toner and leave it on.
3. Apply repair lotion and leave on.
If I'm wrong, please correct me. Thanks!

Use the renewing cleanser as your face wash..wash with warm water..pat dry with a towel...
use the toner with a cotton ball/cotton square...leave on to dry...
apply the lotion...let dry..
and to the poster above..proqactiv is not an exfoliant its a cleaner/scrub..nor is is scented!

I'm not sure what the procedure is, but I have some advice to pass on. My son used Proactive and his acne got worse because his skin was too sensitive. If your acne gets worse, stop using the repair lotion until your skin adapts to the cleanser and toner. Hope that info helps and I hope Proactive works for you. If not... check out Natures Cure. It's a herbal system that actually cleared up my son's acne in just about three weeks. We were both shocked that it actually worked (we had run out of options for the most part)...

actually you dont need to continue using your dove soap. their cleanser will be enough to wash your face with.
but..please stop using this. send it back and get a refund or something. it is really bad for your skin. first of all the cleanser is an exfoilant that you are suppose to use twice a day, and its not good to exfoilate twice a day, only like twice a week for acne prone skin. also its scented and that is just wrong. also, you dont need toner...for acne prone skin its not good.

I use proactiv also..you have the correct steps...just don't use dove soap...the renewing cleanser replaces your soap.....

I use Pro-Activ and this is correct. Don't forget to use it on your neck and chest too - keeps it younger looking longer.
