i use to have trouble finding jeans that size too....but now i dont. you should go to WET SEAL, FOREVER 21, OR MACY'S.

I like Zara if you have one near you...designer knock-offs for much less and the business casual pants fit very small.

Haha, wow I wish I had a problem finding pants THAT size... :-)
Have you tried Target? They seem to carry every size and it is definitely inexpensive.
