to drink coffee while prego??? I am 5 mnths and a coffee addict, My friend says its bad to drink coffee while prego, so any moms or prego woman out there that can tell me. thanx!

It's not the coffee itself, it's the caffiene in it. Any doctor will tell you to switch to decaf.
One plain cup (maybe even two) a day won't hurt anything, but some of those drinks from coffee places such as Starbucks actually contain as much caffiene as 10 Mountain Dews.

I'm addicted too! My doctor told me that if I cut down on my caffine intake, the baby would be fine. If you'd rather drink coffee, cut out all sodas and you can have 3-4 cups a day. Keep the sodas and its 2 cups (depending on how many sodas you drink per day).

Its ok to drink DECAF coffee.
