I haven't figured it out yet, but I want to say that I hate it when people reply things like: "do you own homework". First of all they're probably doing their homework and are stumped (notice we don't see sheets and sheets of questions) Secondly, if you don't want to answer homework questions, then why do you click on it to get to answer? Could it be that you click on the question to see if it's easy, if it's easy you do it and feel like a genius and if you have no clue how to do it, then you attack the asker instead of admitting that you don't know. JEEESH.
OK, I'm going back to the problem now. It has me stumped too.

So sorry, but I tried everything. The one that has them going backwards:
1,8,2,4,5,9,5, then repeat backwards5, 4,2,8,1, is a cute guess, but incorrect. I tried to pull that many many years ago and I guarantee you it's not right. If I get it I'll post, but if not I hope you get it somehow.

I don't even get it, someone exlpain how it is 6 or 7 or whatever number!! explain how this even has a pattern!!! I'm horrible at them, but i want to know!!!!
