It could be a hormonal pimple. Sometimes women will get a pimple in the same spot once a month just before their period. Cleasing 2-3 times a day and then applying something like witch hazel will dry it out and get rid of it faster.

Go to a dermatologist to make sure it's just a pimple.
A pimple that won't go away or keeps coming back may be a problem.

It's probably what they call a cycstic pimple. I used to have the same thing, always in the same spot and it hurt like crazy. I went to my dermatologist and he injected the pimple. Within 48hours it was gone. I had to go back again a year later for the same thing but after that second shot it never happened again.

May not be a pimple. I had one on my arm for years kept coming back, my mom thought it was cancerous so I went to the doctor, he pulled out the longest piece of hair I've ever had on my body, even on my head. It went away and never came back. Go to the doctor.

It's from hormones - possibly from PMS or you have a hormone imbalance. You should go see your OB-GYN. In the meantime, use regular old Crest toothpaste on it (the white one - not the gel) and put it on when you go to bed. It takes the pimple away quicker. ProActive is also good.

it might not be a pimple but an abscess, a large, very deep skin infection. for this you would most likely need to see a doctor to have it drained.

You should stop touching your face and put extra care around that spot.
