I'm 38, look younger- people usually think 28-35. Smoked for 19 years.

Most people believe that I am in my early thirties I am actually 43yrs old. I have been smoking for the better part of thirty years, but only average 7-8 cigs per day. I have switched to tobacco as there is much less chemicals in it. I have come from a cooler climate country, have mixed dark blood. It is not smoking alone, that makes people look older. My friend is 3 months younger than me and she looks like she is about 56 yrs old. I always thought she was much older than myself, but when I found out, I was quite shocked to find the truth. My friend, is a red head, quite feisty, bossy, demanding, takes lots of recreational drugs, as well as smoking about a packet of smokes per day, eats mostly junk foods.

My mother in law has been smoking for 45 years so of course her lungs no longer breathe oxygen. She breathes smoke because she wakes up at all hours of the night to smoke. She smokes virginia slims and another different pack of smokes and smokes about 3 packs of cigs every other day.
She is 72 but takes all kinds of vitamins and smoke related pills, she acts like she is 105. She can hardly walk, she is severly thin, and uses albuterol all the time. She also has an oxygen tank at all times. This poor lady is a cigarette. Also, people who smoke have a severly raspy voice because it eats the voicebox.
It also fills all of your pores on your face with smoke. EWWW GAROSSSSSS!

I am 28, I have been smoking since I was 17. I am told that I look 21.

people tend to tell me i look in late 20's mid 30's,i'm 50 now,and have been smoking since the age of 12.

31. Since I was about 16. My age is relatively indeterminate. I still get carded on occasion, no one has outright said I look older than I am.
I also live near Seattle, we tend to look younger than people from dry areas.

im a non-smoker and im 19 years old and I look around early 20s due to my working out and football :)
