There is a kind of lipstick called magic lipstick claimed that its color will change with your body temprature. Is there any special chemical inside?

yeah there is. it is called thermochromic inorganic compounds. from the word itself you can deduce it's definition.... thermo means heat while chromo means color. these compounds changes their color based on the temperature of the body with which it is applied.
chemically speaking these thermochromes changes their color by changing their chemical structure through the action of heat....
