If she's already pregnant, birth control pills will not "fix it," but they could cause health problems for the baby and possibly for her. Shame on you for trying to find an easy fix for your inability to provide proper protection.

If your girlfriend is already pregnant, then birth control pills won't do anything. The only way to end pregnancy now is abortion. Try to find a doctor/clinic or planned parenthood to help you with that. The morning after pill aka plan b aka emergancy contraception does not cause abortions. It prevents pregnancy and implantation after sex. The previous answer was incorrect.

If she's already pregnant, they won't work. They're not abortion pills.
The price of birth control pills varies. You can get a good deal at Planned Parenthood and they do abortions or can at least give you information about where you can get one if the center near you does not administer them: http://www.plannedparenthood.org/
Edit because I have to get this out:
"JohannaBach" is extremely uneducated. Women are to take the morning after pill (Plan B) as soon as possible within 3 days after they have had sex (usually unprotected) to prevent pregnancy. Emergency contraception is NOT an abortion method.

they cost about 28-38 dollars. your girlfriend will have to see a doctor to get a script for them. if she doesn't have a doctor her local health department should help. If she is already pregnant they won't give them to her cause it really isn't a good idea to take them when already pregnant. they could cause all kinds of probs for her. good luck.

they are free at a family planning clinic or something like that. You can not get them for her though she must go herself. If she is already pregnant you cant do anything about it except an abortion, and they wont give them to you anywhere...

They cost about $20/month.
Here is a place to order them: http://www.4cnrs-birthcontrol.com/ It takes at least 2 weeks to get them.
She should NOT take them until she is sure she is not pregnant. They could cause deformities in a baby.

Depends where you buy them and what kind you get but oral contraceptives PREVENT pregnancy, if she's already pregnant it probably help.
She needs emergency contraception, the morning-after pill if she's already pregnant.
