I'm English and I just wanted to know if you American girls like the English accent as I heard that American women think the English accent sounds sexy and intelligent?

I don't base "sexy" on accents although there are some I don't like. I lived in England for 6 yrs. so I heard a lot of English accents. If you have a smart, fun, happy personality, to me you are very sexy.

as an american girl, I am here to say that an english accent is very sexy, it makes us melt....I love a guy with any accent.

Sounds a bit snobby to me but there's more to person than just an accent. One accent I do like is the Irish. :-)

Not sexy at all, snobbish and extremely annoying. I prefer Irish, Scottish or Southern myself among a few others.

Not me! I can't understand half of what British folks say. I just wish they would learn to speak English. Try pronouncing all the letters and quit trying to mimic the French.
