wake up early and have sex with my wife until the last minute, then rush to get myself together to go to work.

I'd rather get up early and not have to rush. I don't like having to jump up at the last minute and run around trying to get ready. The thought of having to jump up stresses me out which means I won't be able to sleep well.

Earlier is better - it usually means I get to work earlier and can either go home earlier or accumulate some extra time off at a later date. And I don't want to feel stressed before I even get to the crazy place.

I'd get up earlier and have plenty of time because that'd be a good start to my day and that's what I do. Once I slept in til the last minute before my 1st class and that day turned out to be totally stressful!

I try to find a balance of both
but I'd choose to get up earlier and not to rush and be stressed out

I would much rather move at a comfortable pace by getting up at a reasonable time. I never use the snooze alarm. Who can stand to hear that noxious buzzzz more than once. I hate to arrive at work all in a dither, it seems like the day goes down the tubes if I do.

I would prefer to get up early and not rush. Why start the day already stressed out?

That's a really good question. It depends how I feel in the morning. Sometimes when my alarm goes off I absolutely do not want to take a shower and I want to get up as late as possible and go to work like a bum. Other days I get up nice and early shower and even go to breakfast or eat at the house. Must say getting up earlier makes you feel so much better.

I guess sleeping is more important since I'm always rushing around in the mornings.
