sweetie, that is a question that only your doctor could answer safely. you should ask your doctor, not these random people on yahoo answers. your body could still need time to heal. also, you probably need your blood tested for iron and so forth by your doctor so see what caused your miscarriage 3 weeks ago, and if it would only happen agian this time. you need to know whats going on with your body to make this happen...so its up to you to ask your doctor....but youll never get anywhere by asking people on this site.....goodluck...go to the doctor soon.

Waiting for you to heal mentally is just as important as healing physically!!! Remember that. I go to a support group for parents who have lost babies, it really helps
In order to give you a better answer I really need to know how far along you were and how you lost it? I have had 6 losses waiting a year between each loss except for my last loss at 20 weeks due to her umbilical cord accident(wrapped around her neck 3 times) that was 5 months ago and now I am 14 weeks pregnant again, I went to a high risk ob next and they ran a plethora of test that all came back negative for problems. I was told to wait 1-2 normal periods( 2 preferably) but I happen to get pregnant after 1. Everything looks great at this point. I am not telling you by any means to try as soon as I did. I really think it depends on how far along you were and how you lost the baby. I am very sorry you lost your baby and I will keep you in my prayers. I know loosing a baby is very traumatic.

Yes . You need to give your body time to heal. If you try so soon, there is a great possibility of having another miscarriage.
