I'd have to say no, unless the water you are drinking has been forcibly extracted from a human body immediately prior to drinking it. Here's another question - why are we discussing this? Cannibalism is repugnant.

i never thought about it that way. but i think you would only be somewhat considered a cannibal if you drank water that was derived from another human being. if that's the case, then a lot of these astronauts could sort of be considered cannibals since they recycle their water while in space.
