I put in a mini disc (half the size of a CD) into my CD/DVD drive in my Mac laptop, and now it won't eject. I guess it is too small for the computer system to sense it. Help! What do I do?

"C" didn't work and I don't see a pin hole either...it's PowerBook G4 if that helps.

if none of the other answers you get work, youll just have to take it in. go to apple.com to find the nearest certified mac place

I would imagine using a non standard disc into a slot would damage the drive.

Try unplugging and tipping powerbook up in the hope it will fall out - otherwise a visit to Apple store to get physical technical help

there should be a small hole somewhere next to the edge of the drive. like a pinhole. if you insert a pin in it, you should feel resistance keep pushing it is the manual release for the cd drive

Take it apart. I got a disk stuck in my MacBook Pro one time, and I took it apart and got it out. It took about 40 min. all-together, but it's a lot less time than sending it to Apple.

if its the same as an imac, just reboot, and hold down the "c" key when it restarts. that should eject the cd.
