No, most of the time I'm a pretty laid back guy, but if something really pisses me off I might "just go mental" for a few minutes.

I know you you think that ,cant blame you tho,when you cant understand that thought its crazy to you.When you come to the understanding of that thought its no longer crazy,because you understand then it becomes a part of you.
