Never.

1) Learning never ends. Just because you have a degree/master's/ PhD/ etc doesn't mean you've learned everything. Why do you think teachers and those in the medical field have to keep going to classes each year?

2) Success isn't in a paycheck. If it were, there would be no posters hanging in the classrooms of grade schools of a kitten and puppy looking innocent with the words "SUCCESS IS POSSIBLE" written in big block letters. Success is a mentality. My uncle, about to die of cancer, has made over $15 MILLION with his business. What did he think was success--living long enough to see his granddaughter be born.

3) Education in a classroom ends when your financal assitance ends. Education outside of the classroom ends when you fail to continue to explore the differences in the world--when you no longer can open your mind to other possibilities. This can be as simple as looking at a leaf through the eyes of a 2 year old, or it can be as complex as a discussion with an Athetist over God.

While many have answered the safe answer, "never"....
I, on the other hand, believe your (formal school) education is complete once you have learned what you need to give you the skills and knowledge you require for your chosen career.
(accompanied of course with the associated Degree and Diploma).

This education however, is always to be tweaked and updated by refresher courses to enable you to keep up with the latest changes and improvements within that career.

'Education" is never complete while you are living -- ever hear of Continuing Education Requirements? That is part of the life of every professional who is employed, and every one who has the desire to keep their certifications and licenses.

Education is ONLY complete when we die. At that point, our life on this earth is ended, and there is nothing further to learn here.

I am struggling with this question myself, in my personal life. I don't feel that I can properly compete with my more educated peers and that the only way to stand out is to at least get a Masters and a PhD. I don't think education is ever truly complete....

That is up to the individual who is going to school. Some people make a career of going to school while others plan to go for a certain period of time. The economy plays a role also as one is unsure if their emplyment will remian secure long enough to cover the cost of their education.

Honestly, never. I feel like you live your life learning and educating yourself. I feel you're mature when you have a grasp on spirituality and individualism. I feel you develop an ability to think and analyze the deeper into college you go.
