I went parasailing on the lake when I was there a few years ago. I also did some nice hiking. It should be beautiful up there this time of year, so plan on outdoor stuff. The leaves will be starting to change and the weather should be comfortable, with nice crisp evenings. Go for a boat ride on the lake and tour Revolutionary War sites.
