Get your hamster a wheel or a hamster ball. Give your him little paper tubes to run through. Another thing you could do is make a hamster maze for him to run through.

To tell you the truth i am more than a little scared as to your motive here. But anyways if you insist on raising super-mutant-vermin to eventually over throw the earth **** it who am i do judge. Try getting one of those clear hampster balls and a cat to chase the hamster around in... then if that doesn't satisfy your craving go down to the feed store and get some steroids that they use in cattle... that ought to pump the little guy up... or maybe tie a bunch of tiny weights to his legs and leash him to your treadmill. Use your imagination or you will never have an army of unstoppable super mutant vermin.

Well, you can't really make a hamster do anything. If you want it to remain slim and healthy don't overfeed it and make sure it has a wheel or something to exercise in.
You could also play the theme to Rocky and perhaps it would go into a sports training montage.
