It may have something to do with the fact that this year's hurricane season has been a tad milder than expected (knock wood!) so oil platforms and refineries have not experienced any stoppages and the situation in the middle east has backed down a couple of notches.

yep old bush and his cronies don't want to lose the election.. you watch and see. -well folks things are getting better look at the price of gas coming down ya right .this to ron L where do you get your gas our's has only come down 15 cents here in oregon

Nope. Once the price got past $2.50 I really didn't care anymore.

yeah, they have found a lot of oil in the gulf of mexico or something i believe, however at the rate americans use gas it'll only last about three ish years. but thats only what i heard.

why are Americans SO FREAKIN DUMB!..try this.. if everyone stayed HOME on 3 day weekends? quite drivin all over creation and did only NESSESSARY travel?.. them prices would be about in the $1.50+ range BUT QUICK!
