Just wondering if there's anything useful to get an awesome studious friend of mine in med school. Anything suggestions ranging from electronics to simple creature comforts would be appreciated. =)

Being in the medical field myself, I would say that time is very important to a med student. Make him coupons and he can cash them in fto you for a "free" house cleaning, doing grocery shopping for him ,washing his car etc. Be creative..........he will appreciate it.

i'm a scientific student in England, and there are all sorts of smart issues. quite of a learn help i'd savor some thing to assist with cooking, as an occasion a effective cookbook, a juicer, a nutrition processor, a coffee device or cafetiere. pupils oftentimes take exhilaration in cooking - i understand I do! - and we can't arise with the money for to purchase ourselves gadgets, so some thing like this is often favorite. I easily have asked for a cafetiere for christmas - not as costly as a coffee maker even though it does produce incredibly effective coffee.

Definitely a stethoscope(?). I gave one of my relatives this when they were in med school and they loved it - still have it. I took it to a jewelry store and had their name engraved in the bottom of the neck? (where when they're wearing it and look down they could see their name) of it so as to not get lost. I made sure I got a good one - I think 10 years ago it was around $100 or so. Oh, and if you get it engraved, I would leave off the M.D. for now. but ask the engraver to leave room for it later. Good Luck!
