I don't have any idea what CM-4 is OR TTC but it sounds like you need to see a good GYN doctor and don't waste time on Yahoo Answers. Good Luck. Pops

Usually you son't feel any pregnancy signs until after implantation which usually occurs around 5-7 days post ovulation. It is possible to have implantation occur earlier so I have been told by my OB/GYN. Here are some early pregnancy signs...Good luck and BABYDUST to you!!
Early signs of pregnancy:
Spotting
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

I experience that on a monthly basis since almost 4 months. It must be early PMS or late ovulation symptoms. My breasts get so sore and tender, my back hurts CM as you mention, frequent urination etc etc and it lasts until I get my period.
I wish you have better luck than mine though and that you'll turn out to be preggy.

Ithink it might help you out!! Good luck hun! And because of all the hormones rushing through your body you CAN get sore breasts at ovulation time! I do all the time. ALot of women do!
